By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds are provided, except where required by applicable law. Please review features and pricing carefully before subscribing.

We use data only to provide and improve app functionality, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You understand and agree that:

• Lumen does not provide medical, legal, psychological, financial, or professional advice

• The app does not predict outcomes or guarantee results

• You remain fully responsible for your decisions and actions

6. Acceptable Use

Lumen is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation

• We make no warranties regarding accuracy or suitability

• Use of the app is at your own discretion and risk

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Enhance. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous six months

10. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms

• Abuse the platform or services

• Engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior

Termination for violations does not entitle you to a refund.

11. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Pricing, features, and billing intervals may change in accordance with applicable laws and app store policies.

Taxes may apply depending on your location.

12. App Store Payments

Payments are processed by Apple App Store or other third-party platforms and are subject to their terms. We cannot modify or reverse charges processed by these platforms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Lumen after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
